Learning the basics of breastfeeding can enable you to have a successful breastfeeding relationship with your baby.

Your baby expects to be breastfed after birth – learn why. This class covers the importance of getting off to a good start, and the benefits breastfeeding gives mom, baby, and society as a whole.

You will learn when and where to get help if needed. This class can be taken at any time during pregnancy.

Please bring a doll to class for holding/positioning if you have one available. Support person is highly encouraged to attend.

Mary Beth Baird
IBCLC, BSN, RN

Mary Beth has more than 25 years of experience working with mothers and babies as a RN. She has taken on the role of International Board Certified Lactation Consultant at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital.
