Community donations are vital in the ongoing care of our patients at the Guthrie Corning Cancer Center, and we were pleased to receive a $23,500 donation from the Josh Palmer Fund, a local non-profit that assists cancer patients and their families.

“We are extremely thankful for the continued generosity of the Josh Palmer Fund,” said Tricia Huston, Director of Resource Development, The Guthrie Clinic. “This donation will make a meaningful difference for the patients receiving care at the Guthrie Corning Cancer Center and the loved ones who join them on their journey.”

The Josh Palmer Fund has been an integral part of the Southern Tier community for 25 years. The organization helps local cancer patients and their families manage the financial challenges that come with cancer diagnosis and treatment.

“For the past 25 years the JP Fund has been committed to supporting our local cancer patients and their families,” said Josh Palmer. “We are beyond grateful for the community’s continued support over the years and feel fortunate to be able to partner with amazing treatment facilities, such as the Guthrie Cancer Center.”
