Guthrie Honored with Employee Experience Awards

The Guthrie Clinic has been recognized by Press Ganey with both a Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award and an HX Pinnacle of Excellence Award for 2023. Press Ganey is the global leader in health care experience solutions and services.

The HX Guardian of Excellence Award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in employee experience. The Guthrie Clinic is the only recipient in Guthrie’s 9,000 square mile service area to receive this recognition, and it places the organization in the top 5% of health care providers in the nation in creating a positive experience.

The HX Pinnacle of Excellence Award recognizes the top 5% of performers in the national health care average benchmark. Those numbers are based on engagement scores from census surveys over the two most recent calendar years.
