Respite care is a short-term, planned stay designed to give caregivers peace of mind and a much deserved break from the daily care of their loved one. A respite stay is ideal for caregivers who are traveling, recovering from illness or surgeries, or away on vacation. Our staff of trained nurses and professionals provides the personalized care and assistance your family member needs in a secure, friendly atmosphere. Therapeutic Recreation Services

As an integral part of the Inter-Disciplinary Team providing care to you or your loved one(s), our Therapeutic Recreation Department exists to aid in the human healing process and contribute to the overall quality of life utilizing a person-centered approach.

Our trained Therapeutic Recreation staff offer group and individual recreation programs and activities to address the five interlinked domains of human functioning: Physical, Social, Emotional, Cognitive, and Spiritual. From art to inter-generational programs, pet therapy visits, musical performers, culinary activities, Bingo and special events, our Therapeutic Recreation staff and volunteers strive to encourage and facilitate opportunities for meaningful engagement in recreation and leisure pursuits.
