Wellness Services

HealthWorks has wellness services designed to assist individuals in lifestyle changes that will positively affect their health and wellbeing. Our registered nurses, exercise physiologists and dietitians provide these lifestyle management programs:

  • One-on-one nutrition counseling

Sleep Center

Guthrie HealthWorks Wellness and Fitness Center offers overnight sleep studies to test and diagnoses a wide range of sleep disorders including:

  • Sleep apnea
  • Periodic limb movement disorder
  • Narcolepsy
  • Parasomnia and nocturnal seizures

Guthrie HealthWorks Wellness and Fitness Center’s six quiet private rooms have state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment in a comfortable atmosphere available for studies six days a week. Sleep center services also include home sleep testing capabilities for patients who are unable to travel. The sleep centers diagnostic staff includes Registered Respiratory therapists (RRT), Registered Pololysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT) and Board Eligible Polysomnographic Technicians.
